Return Policy- All orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST. American Air Filter is closed on major Holidays.  All items ship in 5 business days. 

For Home filter returns, call customer service at 1-800-927-6789. 

For Industrial filter returns, call customer service at 1-800-477-1214.

To receive a credit, you must return the filters 90 days from date of delivery. The filters must be unused and purchased from the American Air Filter web-store.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
